About The Designer
The designer always knew she would be an interior designer from a very early age. She was forever rearranging her parents' furniture and, at the same time, trotting along side her mother to antique shops and fabric houses learning about textiles from the bottom up.
Running tandem, was a flowing production of gowns and formal dresses designed and sewn for an eldest sister's balls and events, (princess really), she could not help but learn to sew... playing dolls with her second sister were day-long events, creating elaborate houses with make-do furniture. The years moved on, she did grown up things... a couple of educations later in Business Administration and in Fine Arts of Interior Design... she transformed rooms for grown-up clients using the acquired skills of scaled drawing and the principles of design... some called it "magic".
And, more years later, with the addition of a daughter, and seeing through the eyes of a child once more, her attention has turned to the world of interior design for "dolls" using design skills to create the interiors that she once desired as a child... but now for her daughter and many other daughters and granddaughters... and for the dolls... they make such wonderful clients...
