The Bersano Shop was a Confectionary in 1913. The stoves are gone but the creativity endures with design confections in wood and fabrics...

Cabinetry designed and constructed by Bersano houses samples and materials used in design. Samples and fabrics in "process" are hung from the screen ready for inclusion in a project or Couture Bed.

Patterns for linens are created on vellum with marker and housed here for use in cutting fabrics.

Clients comment on Ms. Bersano's ability to so creatively define so many areas within the shop space: an area for drafting at the table behind the screen, a table for layout of samples and patterns, a area for display of designed pieces, a serpentine Victorian sofa for lounging with friends that stop by and the wonderful windows for display of the creations that come to life in the shop.

In every inch of its space, the shop is a center of movement and creativity.

The Beds can be found with their individual characters throughout the shop. "We find it hard to let them go...we are so invested in the creations."

The Couture Beds...with no two alike...are always given their debut in the shop window.

Most everyone looks to the window for the latest creation under the window logo in gold...
